Your personal data is intended exclusively for Antithèse V2 / Dooyoocom and is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with the processors strictly necessary to deliver our services:

• Infomaniak (hosting) — Geneva, Switzerland — GDPR compliant
• Stripe (online payments, where applicable) — GDPR compliant
• Productivity tools (Notion, Make, etc.) used internally to manage projects

All our processors are bound by contractual clauses guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to GDPR. No data transfer outside the European Union is performed without appropriate safeguards.

9. Data from third-party platforms (Meta, Google)

When you entrust us with your online presence, you may authorise us to access your business accounts on third-party platforms. That authorisation is granted by you, on the platform itself, and can be withdrawn at any time. Without it, we access nothing.

9.1 Data received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

• Identifiers for your Facebook Page and professional Instagram account
• Access token issued by Meta, stored encrypted
• Posts we produce and schedule on your behalf
• Reach and engagement metrics, for your monthly report
• Comments and messages, where moderation is part of your subscription

9.2 Data received from Google (Business Profile)

• Identifier for your business profile
• Reviews left by your customers, and the replies given
• Public profile information: opening hours, services, photos

9.3 What we do not do with it

This data is used solely to deliver the service you ordered. It is never sold, never passed to third parties, never used for advertising on anyone else's behalf, and never combined across clients. We do not resell access to the Meta or Google APIs.

9.4 Retention and deletion

The access token is kept for the duration of the contract and destroyed when it ends. Content and metrics are kept for three years after the end of the relationship, so that you can retrieve your history. You may revoke our access or request deletion at any time: see Deleting your data.

10. Policy changes

Antithèse V2 reserves the right to amend this privacy policy at any time, in particular to comply with any legislative, regulatory or case-law changes. The update date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Please review this policy regularly.
