Deleting your data

Last updated: August 2026

This page explains how to have the data that Antithèse V2, trading as Dooyoocom, holds about you deleted — including data obtained from Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google when you authorised us to manage your business accounts.

1. Who this concerns

This procedure is open to anyone whose data we hold, and in particular to clients who have connected a Facebook Page, a professional Instagram account or a Google Business Profile to our production tool Le Cockpit by Dooyoocom.

It applies whether or not you are still a client, and whether or not you ever signed a contract with us.

2. Revoking our access yourself

The most direct step is to revoke our authorisation from the platform itself. Access stops immediately, without going through us.

Facebook
Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites › remove Cockpit Dooyoocom
Instagram
Settings › Security › Apps and websites › remove Cockpit Dooyoocom
Google Business Profile
Business Profile Manager › Users › remove Dooyoocom as a manager

Revoking access stops any further collection, but does not delete what we already hold. For that, send us the request below.

3. Requesting deletion from us

Email contact@dooyoocom.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, or write to Antithèse V2 — 5 avenue de la Resclauze, 34320 Neffiès, France.

So that we can locate your records, please include:

We process requests within 30 days and confirm deletion by email. No proof of identity is required unless there is serious doubt as to the origin of the request.

4. What we delete

Access tokens
Deleted and revoked with the platform
Account identifiers
Facebook Page, Instagram account, Google Business Profile
Content produced
Artwork, captions, scheduled and published posts
Metrics collected
Reach, engagement, reviews and replies
Brand kit and voice profile

Deletion covers our systems. Posts already published on your own accounts belong to you and remain online: only you can remove them.

5. What we are required to keep

French law requires us to retain certain records despite your request:

Invoices and accounting records
10 years — article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code
Evidence of the contract
For the applicable limitation period

These are held outside the production tool, are used only to answer an audit, and contain no data obtained from Meta or Google.

6. Complaints

If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr — 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.

This page constitutes our data deletion instructions for the purposes of the Meta Platform Terms and the Google API user data policies. For full details of our processing, see our Privacy Policy.
